What We're Here For
Services and Classes

Labor and Birth Support
I’m happy to attend hospital, birth center, and home births. I have done most of my training out-of-hospital so I am able to assist you in having an unmedicated birth in any setting. I am also comfortable and excited to support people wherever their labor and birth take them, including decision making around pain/intensity management, interventions, and newborn procedures.

Postpartum Support
If you’ve already given birth but need some help around the house, you may appreciate a postpartum doula. Whether you are figuring out life with a newborn for the first time, or adding a new baby into a family with other children, this is a transformative time in your life and more support can make all the difference! I can prepare food, do chores around the house to keep your space clean, and any other odds and ends that feel helpful to you.

If your baby is a contact-sleeper but you need some rest and don’t want to worry, I am also free to do overnight shifts and bring baby to you when they are ready to eat. Whether you are breast/chestfeeding, pumping, bottle feeding, and/or formula feeding, I’m ready to support you and what works best for your family.

Childbirth Education
If you're looking for a deep dive into childbirth, a refresher, or something in between, I offer a set of three classes to cover the need-to-knows. Each class is 1.5 hours long. They include the stages of labor and physiology of birth, comfort measures and relaxation techniques, creating and recording your birth intentions, and immediate postpartum and basic newborn care.
